Srilanka, Feb. 22 -- Health Services Director General Dr. Asela Gunawardena carried out a special inspection of several government hospitals in the district to provide efficient healthcare services to residents in Jaffna District. This initiative focuses on developing human and physical resources within the healthcare system in Jaffna.

The Health Ministry has launched a district-level assessment programme to identify and address shortcomings in government hospitals. The goal is to enhance healthcare services and provide well-organized, high-quality medical care to rural communities.
