Sri Lanka, Jan. 20 -- Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa stated in Parliament today (20) that the government is prepared to debate the no-confidence motion filed by the opposition against Minister of Education Dr. Harini Amarasuriya on January 22 and 23.

He added that if the opposition is not ready to proceed, an adjournment debate on education reforms can be held instead on the coming Thursday and Friday.
