Sri Lanka, Oct. 31 -- GovPay, Sri Lanka's secure online platform for digital government payments, has processed transactions exceeding Rs. 750 million, marking a significant step in the nation's digital transformation journey.
As of today, a total of 38,378 transactions amounting to Rs. 760,834,489 have been completed through GovPay, covering payments to 184 government institutions.
The platform enables citizens and businesses to conveniently settle taxes, fines, utility bills, education fees, and other service charges using banks and digital wallets.
