Sri Lanka, Jan. 26 -- The Government has called on citizens to donate land for the construction of new homes for families displaced by the recent cyclone "Ditwah," the President's Media Division (PMD) said.

Under the Rebuilding Sri Lanka programme, a housing construction initiative is underway for families whose homes were completely destroyed by the disaster. The programme aims to restore the lives of affected communities and rebuild the country to a higher standard.
