Srilanka, Feb. 25 -- Four inmates have escaped from the Kandakadu Rehabilitation Center in Polonnaruwa, authorities report.

The escapees, who are reportedly severely addicted to drugs, are between the ages of 29 and 34. Security personnel are conducting search operations to locate and apprehend them.
