Srilanka, Feb. 20 -- A review program on the pilot project conducted in the Gampaha District under the "FOUR I" initiative-launched by the Ministry of Industries and Entrepreneurship Development to empower 1,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) nationwide-was held yesterday (18) at the Ministry.

Following the successful implementation of the pilot project for 100 selected SMEs in the Gampaha District, the Ministry now plans to expand the initiative to 1,000 entrepreneurs across 15 districts by the end of this year. The program aims to enhance productivity, boost business income, create employment opportunities, strengthen overall operations, and expand market reach over a three-year development period.
