The suspect was arrested on January 26 while allegedly operating the racket from a lodge in Rajagiriya, Obeysekarapura. Investigators say he fraudulently used forged letterheads bearing the name of Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism, Vijitha Herath, to deceive job seekers.
