Sri Lanka, April 25 -- Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment, and Tourism, Vijitha Herath, will represent the Government of Sri Lanka at the funeral of His Holiness Pope Francis.

The funeral is scheduled to take place tomorrow (26), at Saint Peter's Square in Vatican City. Minister Herath's participation underscores Sri Lanka's respect and condolences on the passing of the global religious leader.
