Srilanka, May 5 -- The Fifth Sri Lanka-Pakistan Bilateral Defence Dialogue was concluded in Islamabad, Pakistan recently, demonstrating the shared commitment to enhancing bilateral defence cooperation.

The discussions, which commenced on April 28, brought together defence officials from both countries to review existing partnerships and explore new avenues for Defence relations and cooperation.

The Sri Lankan delegation led by Defence Secretary Air Vice Marshal Sampath Thuyacontha (Retd) undertook visits to key defence and industrial establishments in Pakistan, as part of the programme of three-day dialogue.
