Srilanka, April 22 -- The Department of Agrarian Services has announced that fertilizer subsidies for the Yala season will be disbursed today and tomorrow.
Commissioner General Rohana Rajapaksa stated that the funds will be allocated across nine districts.
Eligible farmers will receive the subsidy at a rate of Rs. 25,000 per hectare of paddy land, up to a maximum of two hectares per farmer.
