Srilanka, May 13 -- Lindulla Police on Sunday (11), on receiving information from residents on Coombwood Estate, Talawakelle, that a body was lying on the steps alongside the road, rushed to the scene, found a man lying dead.

The dead man has been identified as Muthusamy Edward (53), a father of three.

Police investigations revealed that the man was killed by his relatives with a spade from his house, due to a family dispute on Saturday (10) night, and later placed the body on the steps alongside the road at another location where the Police found it.
