Sri Lanka, Dec. 26 -- Exactly 21 years ago, Sri Lanka witnessed the biggest natural disaster in living memory - the 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami. Today, in the wake of the destruction caused by Cyclone Ditwah in November, the bitter memories of that episode have also come back to haunt us.
