Srilanka, April 1 -- Former Minister Sathasivam Viyalendran, who was in custody for allegedly aiding and abetting bribery, has been further remanded.

The Colombo Magistrate's Court ordered his remand extension until April 8.

Colombo Chief Magistrate Thanuja Lakmali issued the order after the Bribery Commission informed the court that investigations into the incident were still ongoing.
