Srilanka, March 31 -- Showers or thundershowers are expected in several areas, including the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Southern, and Uva provinces, as well as the Nuwara-Eliya and Ampara districts, during the evening or night.

Additionally, a few showers may occur in the Hambantota, Ampara, and Batticaloa districts in the morning.

Fairly heavy rainfall of approximately 50mm is likely in some areas of the Southern Province and the Ratnapura district.

Misty conditions are expected in parts of the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central, and Uva provinces, as well as in the Galle, Matara, and Kurunegala districts during the morning.
