Sri Lanka, Dec. 1 -- The Ella-Wellawaya road has been fully reopened for traffic, according to Badulla District Secretary Panduka Sri Prabath Abeywardena.

Authorities have also reported that several other roads in the Badulla district are now accessible to vehicles.

The reopening follows a decrease in landslide risks across the district, allowing normal traffic flow to resume safely.
