Sri Lanka, Oct. 10 -- Polgahawela Police recently arrested two individuals, including a woman, for allegedly attempting to smuggle heroin into Kegalle Prison using a meat curry as a cover.

The 45-year-old woman, a resident of Rambukkana Waho, was apprehended following a tip-off received by officers from the Polgahawela Police Special Bureau about a suspicious person in the Kuliyapitiya area. Alongside her, two men aged 50 and 40, residents of New Colombo Road in Polgahawela, were also taken into custody.
