Sri Lanka, July 30 -- Dhanushka Bandara of the Kandyan Lions Chess Club and Esandi Newansa of Dharmasoka College, Ambalangoda, were crowned National Chess Champions at the Sri Lanka Chess Nationals, organised by the Sri Lanka Chess Federation, with a prize fund of Rs. 1.5 million and concluded on Monday at the Cinnamon Grand in Colombo.
