Srilanka, May 21 -- The Ministry of Defense has initiated the establishment of internal affairs units within state institutions to support the 2025-2029 National Anti-Corruption Plan. These units are tasked with receiving public inquiries and complaints related to the delivery of government services.

According to the Ministry, the initiative is being implemented under the guidance of a Presidential Secretariat Circular, issued on the instructions of President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.
