Sri Lanka, Dec. 20 -- The David Pieris Group of Companies-powered MCA "E" Division T20 League Tournament 2026, the second longest-running MCA tournament, has progressed to its semi-final stage. A press conference to mark this milestone was held on Monday at the MCA Legends Wing.
Originally played as a 30-overs-a-side tournament, the competition was later revised to a 25-over format from 2018 to 2025. From 2026 onwards, the tournament has been upgraded to the T20 format, further enhancing its appeal. Matches are played with a white ball, players compete in coloured attire, and all games are broadcast live.
This year's tournament features 13 teams divided into two groups.
