Srilanka, May 21 -- The Colombo High Court has scheduled a pre-trial conference for June 27 in the case filed against Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa, who is accused of criminal breach of trust involving Rs. 70 million received from the Indian-based Krish Company.
When the case was taken up today (21), the Deputy Solicitor General, representing the prosecution, informed the court that several documents requested by the defense would be submitted in open court. He added that additional documents are being examined by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and would be presented in due course.
