Sri Lanka, May 30 -- Sri Lanka Customs is planning to introduce several IT based solutions in the coming week to make operations easy for importers and exporters, Customs Media Spokesperson and Additional Director General of Customs, Seevali Arukgoda said at a press conference held yesterday on the coming National Tax Week, from June 2 to June 8, 2025.

He said that the first such is the Asia Hub initiative, which allows an importer to complete customs procedures before the shipment arrives in Sri Lanka.
