Sri Lanka, Nov. 3 -- The ordinary people of Sri Lanka see the past 76 years as a curse because they suffered in silence. No one genuinely addressed their burning issues and ONLY relieved them for short time periods such as for a few days, for a few weeks and for a few months by giving them temporary solutions.

The worst part is even such solutions were given ONLY during crucial times such as just prior to elections, when the popularity of governments dropped to zero, when one or two temporary solutions failed etc. But now Sri Lankan ordinary people see the light at the end of the dark tunnel.
