Sri Lanka, Jan. 30 -- Colombo Chief Magistrate Thanuja Lakmali today (30) ordered that the mobile phone of former Millaniya Pradeshiya Sabha member Ravindra Nammuni, who was arrested for allegedly posting a defamatory advertisement on social media against National People's Power MP Nilanthi Kottahachchi, be sent to the Government Analyst for examination.

The court issued the order following a request from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to analyze the mobile phone recovered from the suspect and obtain a report.
