Sri Lanka, Feb. 20 -- The Colombo High Court has rescheduled the hearing of evidence against former Minister Johnston Fernando and two other defendants to March 11.
The case involves allegations of causing significant financial losses to the government between 2010 and 2014.
The Bribery Commission alleges that during his tenure as Minister of Trade, Fernando-along with former Sathosa Chairman Eraj Fernando and Acting Director Mohamed Zakir-misdirected Sathosa employees from their official duties to engage in political activities.
