Sri Lanka, Nov. 24 -- Construction work for the first Indoor Stadium in the Jaffna district commenced under the patronage of Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Sunil Kumara Gamage.

Urban Development Minister Bimal Rathnayake, MP K.Ilankumaran, Sports Development Department Director General V.Premachandiran, Northern Province Governor S.Vethanayagam along with other officials and residents of the area were present.
