Sri Lanka, Oct. 28 -- Commercial Bank of Ceylon employees across the country reported for work attired in pink on October 24, in a powerful show of solidarity with those affected by breast cancer and to help raise awareness of the importance of early detection, reflecting the Bank's commitment to responsible corporate citizenship.

The symbolic gesture was part of the Bank's broader commitment to creating a safe, equitable and supportive environment for women, both within its own workplace and among the communities it serves. Throughout October, several Commercial Bank branch staff also came together to host breast cancer awareness sessions, amplifying the message that education and early detection save lives.
