Sri Lanka, Oct. 8 -- The Colombo High Court yesterday fixed for November 10 to deliver its order regarding the maintainability of the case filed against former Investment Promotion Minister Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena and former Board of Investment of Sri Lanka Director General Jayantha Edirisinghe alleging that they caused a loss of over Rs. 1.7 million to the government through the publication of newspaper advertisements with funds from the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka in 2014 on the occasion of the anniversary of the second inauguration of then President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
