Sri Lanka, Jan. 2 -- A programme to provide school supplies for schoolchildren as a donation from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) was held at Ga/Opatha Rahula College on December 28.

School supplies have been provided as a donation from the Chinese Communist Party for the education of schoolchildren, improving China-Sri Lanka friendship.

Wang Junzheng, member of the 20th Chinese Communist party, Central Committee and Secretary of the CCP Xizang Autonomous Regional Committee, Qi Zhenhong, Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Zhuang Jingsong, Party Secretary of the CCP Chengdu Municipal Committee, and other members of the Chinese delegation attended the event.
