Srilanka, Feb. 5 -- The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) announced in a statement that the centralised electronic system for declaring assets and liabilities will be launched on March 31, 2026.

The Commission stated that the Anti-Corruption Act No. 9 of 2023 established this centralised electronic system.

The Act officially tasked the Commission with the responsibility of receiving and verifying all asset and liability declarations. The Commission further highlighted that individuals will no longer need to use printed forms to declare their assets and liabilities.
