Sri Lanka, Feb. 22 -- The case filed against four accused including underworld gang kingpin 'Dematagoda Chaminda' in connection with an alleged shooting death of a man in the Borella area in 2014, was yesterday fixed for trial May 06 by the Colombo High Court.
The case was taken up before the Colombo High Court Judge Navarathna Marasinghe and summons was issued to prosecution witness one and four to appear before the Court on next trial day.
At a previous occasion, the charge sheet was read out to all four accused in open Court and all accused declared that they are innocent of the charges.
