Sri Lanka, Jan. 27 -- The Cabinet has approved the invitation of investment proposals through an international competitive procurement process for a tourist attraction project on land adjacent to Gregory Lake in Nuwara Eliya.
The 10 acres, 3 roods, and 28.04 perches of land, owned by the Urban Development Authority (UDA) and located along the Dun Bypass Road, will be allocated to a suitable investor for a 50-year period to implement a project offering recreational activities aimed at attracting foreign tourists.
