Sri Lanka, Sept. 20 -- Due to the inclement weather a five-storey building has collapsed on to another building at the Buwelikada area in Kandy this morning.

Three individuals including an one and half month old baby was rescued from a house next to the collapsed building.

After being resued and admitted to the hospital the baby has passed away.

Operations are underway to locate the two missing persons.
