Sri Lanka, Dec. 6 -- It is demagoguery of political agitators appealing with crude oratory to the prejudice and passions of the mob rather than criticism of the Budget that is heard in every legislative assembly, displayed by various individuals claiming to represent different sections of society such as farmers' associations, workers' trade unions, health and other professionals, university academics, holding briefs for politicians, and even blurted out by students their youthful exuberance being abused to the maximum by cowardly revolutionaries.
