Srilanka, March 14 -- The government is preparing to pay the increased salaries and salary increments to public servants from April. The Government proposed to increase the salaries and salary increments of Government servants through the 2025 budget. Preparations are underway to pay monthly salaries on April 10, ahead of the normal date for the payment of monthly salaries, in view of the Sinhala Hindu New Year.
