Sri Lanka, Nov. 24 -- The British School in Colombo (BSC) organised a book donation campaign as one of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities recently.

The campaign was organised by the Senior School Library and the English Department during the 'World Reading Day 2025 activities,' requesting students, parents and staff to donate new and used books.

As a result, more than 600 books were collected and also raised some funds to buy some new books and other materials for the needy students in rural areas.

Namagal Tamil Vidyalaya, Naula, Nikawatawana Muslim Vidyalaya, Kandalama and Hombawa Maha Vidyalaya, Bambaragaswewa were selected as the recipients of the donations.
