Srilanka, Feb. 26 -- The Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) Gold Route service has recorded revenue of LKR 94.9 million in 2024, marking 37% year-on-year growth during 2024 with the increase of affluent travel.

Airport and Aviation Services Sri Lanka said that it has served almost 3,000 tourists and bringing in LKR 175 million (191,446 USD) for the nation since its establishment in 2022 with the goal of generating USD earnings for the nation and serving the expanding luxury travel market.
