Sri Lanka, Jan. 19 -- Minister of Transport, Highways, and Urban Development and Leader of the House of Parliament, Bimal Ratnayake, emphasized the need to overcome economic crimes and corruption while promoting development, during the inauguration of the Baladaksha Mawatha Flyover today (19).

The Baladaksha Mawatha Flyover, the third in Colombo's flyover project to ease city traffic congestion, spans 340 meters in length and 11 meters in width.

It allows traffic flow from Galle Face towards Company Street and Chittampalam A. Gardiner Mawatha.
