Sri Lanka, July 31 -- The Australia under 19 women's team will arrive in Sri Lanka in next September to take part in a six-match bilateral series featuring five T-20s and one Youth One day International (Youth ODI). All the matches are scheduled to be played at Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket Stadium in Hambantota.
This tour offers a valuable opportunity for young girls cricketers to gain International exposure while the series is expected to play a key role in nurturing the next generation of women's cricketers and strengthening the youth development pathway.
The five T-20 matches will be played on September 19, 20, 23, 25 and 27 while the only youth ODI will be played on September 29 at the same venue.
