Sri Lanka, Oct. 28 -- Sri Lankan athletes turned in a remarkable performance at the 4th South Asian Athletic championship in Ranchi finishing with 16 gold medals with Javelin Thrower Rumesh Tharanga being adjudged the Best Male Athlete of the meet.
