Sri Lanka, Feb. 2 -- Colombo Fort Magistrate Isuru Neththikumara issued arrest warrants today (02) against MP Jagath Manuwarna of the NPP and one other individual after they failed to appear in court.

This is the second warrant issued against Manuwarna for the same reason. An earlier warrant had been issued on October 29.

The case relates to a matter dating back to 2008, which remains pending before the Fort Magistrate's Court.
