Sri Lanka, Nov. 3 -- Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher, Secretary for Relations with States and International Organizations of the Holy See, arrived in Sri Lanka today (3) for an official visit. He was received at Bandaranaike International Airport by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Overseas Employment, Hon. Arun Hemachandra.
The Archbishop's visit, which will continue until November 8, 2025, is undertaken at the invitation of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment, and Tourism Minister Vijitha Herath to commemorate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Sri Lanka and the Holy See.
