Srilanka, Feb. 26 -- The world witnessed a seismic shift in the global diplomatic order when, possibly for the first time in living memory, the United States (US) sided with Russia on two critical Resolutions at the United Nations (UN) - one at the Security Council (UNSC) and the other at the UN General Assembly (UNGA) over the last two days.
The subject of both Resolutions was Ukraine, with this week marking the third anniversary of the full-scale Russian invasion.
