Sri Lanka, Sept. 29 -- The draft 20th Amendment to the Constitution is a policy decision of all parties which contested under the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna, said Education Reforms, Promotion of Open Universities and Distance Learning State Minister Susil Premajayantha.

He opined that this Constitutional draft has not gone beyond the powers of the basic structure of the 1978 Constitution and there is a possibility to make addition or omission to this draft, if they require.
