Sri Lanka, March 26 -- The case filed against drug kingpin Gampola Vidanage Samantha Kumara alias 'Wele Suda', currently serving a death sentence, for the alleged possession of firearms, was fixed for further trial on May 20 by Colombo High Court Judge Navaratne Marasinghe.

The Attorney General had filed an indictment against 'Wele Suda' for possession of a T56 firearm and a revolver, on or around April 24, 2006, in the Boralesgamuwa area, on two charges related to committing a punishable offence under the Penal Code and the Gun Ordinance Act.
