Sri Lanka, Oct. 9 -- The Director General of the Development Finance Department of the Ministry of Finance Manjula Hettiarachchi urged the Sri Lankan small and medium business community to avail of the financial facilities allocated from this year's budget.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance sources stated that loans worth Rs. 12 billion have been approved so far under the financial facilities of Rs. 20 billion allocated from this year's budget for small and medium entrepreneurs and that the remaining Rs. 8 billion should be immediately obtained brought to the banking system and obtained as financial facilities.
