Srilanka, April 7 -- Criminal Investigation Department (CID) last Friday (4) morning arrested Don Sarath Kumara Edirisinghe, also known as 'Singapore Sarath,' who was being sought in connection with the preparation of forged documents related to a State-allocated land in Kiribathgoda, at his residence in Kiribathgoda.
He was produced before the Mahara Magistrate's Court later that afternoon, and Acting Magistrate Wasantha Ramanayake ordered him to be remanded till April 9.
