Sri Lanka, Jan. 6 -- Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism Minister Vijitha Herath refuted claims that the Government has signed secret Defence Agreements with India and the United States.

The Minister said that the agreements made with India and the USA are Defence Cooperation Agreements (DCAs) and not Defence Agreements with any secret clauses that are harmful to the country as has been misquoted.
