Lahore, Dec. 17 -- The No.1 unit of a coalfired power plant in Java, Indonesia, went into operation on Dec. 13, ThePaper.cn reported on Dec. 14. The installed capacity of the unit is designed at 1050MW. The two-unit project, which was paid for by the China Energy Investment Corporation, is the largest overseas coalfired plant built by a Chinese enterprise in terms of the installed capacity with Chinese intellectual property.
