Did Dishon Chege Kariuki, who died in 2014, willfully transfer the properties to his friend, Cyrus Ndung'u, who was beside him throughout his illness?
Could it be that Mr Ndung'u, as Ms Regina Wangari Githuo alleges, took advantage of his friend who was unwell to seize the properties in Ruai, Nairobi?
