Uganda, June 2 -- The preliminary estimates of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) released by the Uganda Bureau of Statistics (Ubos) has indicated that Uganda's economy grew by 5.3 percent in the fiscal year 2022/2023 compared to 4.6 percent registered in the financial year 2021/2022 following a pickup in economic activities.
